Start with a small ledge located to the east of the trophy location. Then turn west, grab the Batarang and use it to hit the Trophy hanging from the line.
After hitting the Batarang, the trophy will fall into the water. Equip the Freeze Blast and create an ice float next to it. Now just slide in there and collect your prize.
